Terms of Service

1. General Terms

These terms govern the use of the ERA ERP platform ("Service") provided by ERA Solutions ("we", "our").

2. Service Description

ERA ERP is an enterprise resource planning system offering:

• Accounting and financial management
• HR management and payroll
• Inventory and warehouse management
• Sales and purchasing processes
• Project and time tracking

3. Registration and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• One user - one account (unless otherwise specified)

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1. Subscription Plans

• Starter: €49/month (up to 5 users)
• Business: €149/month (up to 25 users)
• Enterprise: €399/month (unlimited users)

4.2. Payment Terms

• Payments are made in advance for each month
• Prices are displayed without VAT (if applicable)
• Invoices are issued electronically

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Guaranteed uptime: 99.5%
• Scheduled maintenance: 48h advance notice
• Support hours: business days 9:00-18:00 (EET)

6. Data Ownership

• You retain all rights to your data
• You can export data at any time
• We do not share your data with third parties (except as required by law)

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal activities
• Distributing malware
• Disrupting other users
• Circumventing security measures

8. Limitation of Liability

• Service is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for indirect damages
• Maximum liability is limited to last 3 months of subscription fees

9. Termination

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing period
• Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
